...and you should be happy with it! I really like the movement of the hair and the intense expression on her face! I'm not sure about the angle of the hand based on the location of shoulder. Personally I think it is believable, but your foreground is stronger. I want to know why you are going with the color blue for the fire/energy. You may have a specific reason that relates to the character or story which is fine. If you don't, I suggest trying a more contrasting color. Her brilliant blue hair grabs my eye more then the energy in her hand.
